After your initial session, which serves as your orientation and an introduction to our facility, you take charge of your recovery—setting up and cleaning down your space when finished. This helps us lower staff costs, and we pass those savings directly onto you, making recovery affordable without compromising quality.
You’ll enjoy exclusive 30-minute private sessions in your own personal space, allowing for a fully private experience. Unlike other recovery centres, you won't have to share your space with anyone else.
We're a members-only studio, meaning you need to purchase an intro pack, weekly membership or session pack to attend. Regular visits from members mean everyone knows how to keep the space clean and follow the rules. Plus, with members on a regular schedule, our staff will know your name and provide a friendly experience every time.
You have the freedom to choose the exact service your mind and body needs. You’re in complete control. Plus, we’re open 6 days a week (closed Sunday) with openings from 5:30am, giving you the flexibility to come in at a time that suits you for your recovery session.

Me time! Loved doing my sauna session in complete privacy. No noise, no people just me sweating everything out after a big week! If you like privacy try this place out. You book your slot, show up and everything is ready to go. Staff even leave you be after the briefing 🙌🏻 they have hot/cold therapy pools and compression boots as well, if that’s your thing. Try it!

For Hot & Cold Therapy, please bring swimwear and a towel. For the Infrared Sauna, bring two towels (one to sit on and another for your feet). Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended for all sessions.
